Visited the shop/unit and they were very helpful. Meanwhile, I have also ordered online and received my order quickly. I will be using them again.
I haven't actually purchased anything from this company, but I had a parcel sent to them in error by the royal mail. When I contacted them, they were so helpful and arranged for the parcel to be sent on to the right recipient. It's very rare to get customer service like this, even when you purchase something through a company, let alone when you have made a transaction with them! As a result I won't go anywhere else for my fancy dress needs!
