Delivered faulty bumper, kept telling me they would come and collect faulty bumper. Kept letting us down. Now point blank refusing to correspond or collect faulty item or refund. Currently contacting trading standards
Ordered a new wing mirror in blue colour, got sent a grey one and when I phoned to talk to them regarding my wrong order, I was met with a rude arrogant male staff member who refused to give me his name at the end of the call so I could speak to his manager . Won't be using them again very poor customer service
